Flan con Dulce de leche. Similar to crème caramel, flan is eaten everywhere in Argentina. It is also very popular in Spain, and part of traditional desserts. I prepare it the way my mum taught me, and top it with Dulce de leche.
In Argentina it is very normal to top it both with Dulce de Leche and whipped cream! We only use fresh eggs, whole milk, cream and sugar and you can certainly taste all these natural flavours in our flan.
The minimum order is 10 individual portions or 1 single flan for 10 people. It comes with Dulce de Leche (around 150gr). You can purchase additional Dulce de Leche if you have a really sweet tooth!
